Ingredients:
- 1 package pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425F 220C
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce
Evenly distribute the sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning over the pepperoni
Roll up the dough tightly into a log shape, sealing the edges
Cut the log into 1-inch slices and place them in a greased baking dish
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic salt, and dried parsley flakes
Brush the mixture over the top of the pizza rolls
Bake in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
