Vegan Gluten-Free Crackers

These vegan gluten-free crackers are a tasty and good-for-you snack. They're full of healthy things like flaxseed and almond flour, and you can eat them by themselves or dip them in something.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3-4 tablespoons water

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Put ground flaxseed, sesame seeds, almond flour, and sea salt in a bowl

Add the olive oil and mix it well with the dry beans

Adding water one tablespoon at a time will help the dough come together

Depending on how thick it is, you may need more or less water

Between two pieces of parchment paper, roll out the dough until it's about 1/8 inch thick

Cut the dough into the shapes you want with a sharp knife or pizza cutter

Use a fork to make holes in each cracker so they don't puff up while they're baking

Move the crackers carefully to the baking sheet that has been prepared

Put it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden brown

Let the crackers cool all the way down on the baking sheet before putting them in a container that won't let air in
