Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and diced onion and cook until the onion is soft
When you add the ground beef, cook it until it turns brown and no longer pink
Be sure to add the cauliflower rice and beef broth after you stir them in
Add salt, pepper, and dried oregano to taste
Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes so the flavors can blend
Put in fresh spinach and cook it until it wilts
