Ingredients:
- 1 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a donut pan
In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, egg, mint extract, baking powder, and salt
Mix until well combined
Fold in the dark chocolate chips into the batter
Carefully spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the donuts are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
Once cooled, you can drizzle some melted dark chocolate or sprinkle cocoa powder on top for extra flavor and decoration
