Ingredients:
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 10 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Cover the slow cooker with cooking spray
Add cooked bacon, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese to the slow cooker one layer at a time
